Ms. Kuuttila joined STC.UNM in 2003 with more than 20 years of leadership experience in technology commercialization and licensing. This includes positions as Assistant Vice President for Technology Commercialization at Purdue Research Foundation; Director, Technology Commercialization, University of Georgia; and Director, Office of Technology Commercialization, Center for Advanced Technology Development, Iowa State University. Her prior experience includes a consulting practice that provided strategic marketing and technology-transfer consulting services for a wide variety of well-known technology corporations, universities and foundations, including Stanford University. Lisa began her career in industry in several engineering and technology marketing positions.

Prior to this she also worked at Lawrence Livermore Laboratories and at Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Dr. Cecchi joined the University of New Mexico in 1994 as Professor of Chemical and Nuclear Engineering and Chair of the Department of Chemical and Nuclear Engineering. In 2001, Dr. Cecchi was appointed Dean of the School of Engineering. Prior to coming to UNM, Dean Cecchi was at Princeton University from 1972 to 1994, where he held joint appointments in the Department of Chemical Engineering and the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory. He was also Director of the Graduate Program in Plasma Science and Technology at Princeton. From 1991 to 1994, Dr. Cecchi was the Director of the New Jersey SEMATECH Center of Excellence (NJSCOE) for Plasma Etching, where he led a consortium of researchers from four universities and a private laboratory.

Dr. Cecchi's research focuses on fabrication at the micro-scale and below. He has worked extensively in semiconductor manufacturing, particularly plasma etching of dense patterns with sub-200 nm features, plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition, and chemical mechanical planarization (CMP). Current interests include nanotechnology and microsystems. Dr. Cecchi and his students have authored more than 100 research publications and presented more than 150 papers at national and international conferences. Dr. Cecchi is an inventor on six U.S. patents and testifies regularly as an expert witness in semiconductor manufacturing litigation.

Recognized nationally for her leadership and business acumen, Ms. Cole became President and CEO of the Greater Albuquerque Area Chamber of Commerce in 1983 after joining its staff in 1978. Under her presidency, the Chamber has grown to be the largest business organization in New Mexico and is regarded nationally as a model for Chambers of Commerce. During more than 40 years of professional experience, as both a scientist and a businessman, Dr. Cramer has wide participation in applied and fundamental research. A physicist and a member of the technical staff at the University of California at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), he has performed both theoretical and experimental research in the fields of nuclear fission and neutron physics.
The founder in 1980 of Science & Engineering Associates, Inc. (SEA), a New Mexico Corporation, Dr. Cramer managed its growth to 500 employees with offices in five U.S. cities and annual revenues of $110 million. SEA was sold in 2004 to a private equity capital firm.

Dr. Robert H. Fisher

Dr. Fisher's educational background includes an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley in Human Resources, a Masters Degree in Public Health and a M.D. from the University of Missouri, Columbia. He completed his Psychiatry Residency at the University of California Medical Center, San Francisco. He was a Public Service Science Resident for the National Science Foundation.

Dr. Robert Fisher specializes in the areas of leadership development and coaching, negotiation, organizational development, conflict resolution and mediation. Dr. Fulghum joined the UNM Department of Chemical & Nuclear Engineering in August 2002 as Chair and Professor. Prior to her UNM appointment, she was a Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Kent State University since 1989. In April 2008, Dr. Fulghum was appointed as Interim Vice President of Research, replacing Dr. Jack McIver. As Interim Vice President, Dr. Fulghum will concentrate on facilitating faculty research, integrating the research and educational missions at UNM, and improving research collaboration between main campus and the UNM Health Sciences Center.

Dr. Fulghum's research interests include materials and device characterization and development and data visualization and analysis, with an emphasis on multi-technique correlation and multivariate analysis for non-destructive evaluation of heterogeneous samples using XPS, TOF-SIMS, AFM, FTIR, and Confocal microscopy. While at Kent State, Dr. Fulghum developed and promoted a course called "Chemistry in our World" for freshman, non-science majors. Mr. Harris joined the University of New Mexico in May 2004, Mr. Harris brings to the University more than 30 years of financial expertise. In 1972, he began his career with New Mexico State Government working for the Legislative Finance committee. He held various leadership positions in State Government including Director of the New Mexico Legislative Finance Committee from 1989-1995, Secretary of the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration from 1995-2000, Deputy Chief of Staff from 2001-2003, and Executive Director of the New Mexico Finance Authority through April 2004.

He has been PI or CoPI on over $24 million in externally funded research grants while at UNM. Cindy McGill serves as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development for PNM Resources. In this role, Ms. McGill is responsible for leading the development of strategic plans for PNM Resources. She tracks changes in the energy industry and technology, evaluates the impact of these changes upon company strategy, assists business units in developing strategies, and performs other strategy-related analysis. PNM Resources is an energy holding company based in Albuquerque, NM, with consolidated operating revenues of $2.1 billion. Through its utility and energy service subsidiaries (PNM, Texas-New Mexico Power, First Choice Power and Avistar), PNM Resources supplies electricity to 744,000 homes and businesses in New Mexico and Texas and natural gas to 478,000 customers in New Mexico. Ms. McGill joined PNM in 1981 as a supervisor in the accounting department. She spent 19 years in PNM's regulatory policy department, including serving as Vice President of Regulatory Policy, developing strategy and policy and negotiating settlements to regulatory cases. She also served as Vice President of Customer and Market Services, overseeing all customer contact activities, the company's call center, market research, commercial customer support, and PNM's electric and gas pricing departments.

Mr. Mondragon was appointed by Governor Bill Richardson as Secretary for Economic Development in May 2007. Before coming to the New Mexico Economic Development Department, Mr. Mondragon was the Director of the Office of Economic Development for the city of Albuquerque, where he participated in the recruitment or expansion of Tesla Motors, Verizon Wireless, Eclipse Aviation, Advent Solar and Albuquerque Studios. Dr. Moseley joined the University of New Mexico in 1995 as Professor and Chief of the Pulmonary and Critical Care Division, in the University's Department of Internal Medicine. In 2001 Dr. Moseley was appointed Chairman of the Internal Medicine Department.
From 1980 to 1995, Dr. Moseley had increasing responsibilities at the University of Iowa's Department of Internal Medicine. Following internship and research residency in Internal Medicine, he was a Fellow in Pulmonary Medicine, Instructor, and then Assistant Professor in the department. At Sandia since 1972, Dr. Stichman is responsible for lab operations, staff and facilities and for developing and implementing policy. He is also responsible for the overall stewardship of the technical capabilities at Sandia and for setting, promulgating, and maintaining standards for technical activities. He is also a member of the senior executive management councils at Sandia and has particular responsibilities for transformational activities in technology and in operations. He is responsible for the independent assessment of weapons' safety, security and reliability for Sandia.
Prior to his appointment as Executive Vice President, Dr. Stichman was Vice President of the Weapon System Division at Sandia. In this position, he was responsible for all aspects of Sandia's nuclear weapon engineering--from concept and design development through stockpile support and weapon retirement. This division also provided significant technology and system development for a variety of national security applications, such as airborne imaging radars, remote sensors, and instrumentation and telemetry systems.
Before his employment at Sandia, Dr. Stichman was Director of the New Mexico Weapon Systems Engineering Center, Director of the Surety Components and Instrumentation Center, and a member of the technical staff in the Data Systems Division of Hughes Aircraft Company. His responsibilities have included directing the development of telemetry systems, electronic/electromechanical components, safety/security subsystems in nuclear weapons and other defense-related systems. He has also managed development of electronic systems for weapon arming and firing, flight computers, real-time imaging radars and automatic target recognition. He participated in the development and commercialization of the first implantable, programmable insulin-delivery system for treatment of diabetes.
